Up until today, I would have given a 5 star. Today I had a massage - 1/2 of my massage time the therapist was on speaker phone with a friend trying to give directions. Still trying to give me a massage while talking - at one point the massage therapist asked me to talk to the friend to help them. I finally said I was done - expecting when I got to the counter there would be no charge or a reduced charge. Nope expectation was I would pay full price. I paid for 30 minutes.
